Cancellations


If you are unable to keep your appointment, I'd appreciate a call 2 hours in advance. This allows me to schedule and service other clients.

Canceling an appointment with less than 2 hour notice impacts the opportunity to service other clients. I understand the sudden emergencies of life that require cancellation of your appointment. Therefore I have  a policy that is sensitive to my clients lives and enforces a policy based on not just one cancellation, but two (2) cancellations.

In the case of two (2) cancellations with less than 2 hour notice, I reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the scheduled services. I also reserve the right to ask the client to provide a credit card to book future appointments.

 

 

Late Arrivals


Please arrive on time. Be courteous to clients appointments scheduled after your appointment time. If arrived 7 minutes after appointment time, I will need to reschedule your service(s).

 

 

No Shows


More than one (1) No Show will be handled the same as cancellations. We reserve the right to charge a No Show fee of up to 50% of the cost of the scheduled services. We also reserve the right to ask to provide a credit card to book future appointments.

 

 

Parent Consent


You must have a parent or legal guardian present  for your appointment if you are under 18years of age. You may have your parent/guardian fill out a parent consent form for future appointments to be serviced without them present.
